Ever since I passed the AAPC exam, I have been having a hard time looking for a job that would hire me. Anyone ask me questions on basic stuff to see if I am doing anything wrong when applying for the job?? I took all the required classes at CCBC and became a CPC-A since March. I have no medical office experiences, how should I answer when the job post asked how many years experience I have?? I was told from my CCBC Coder Professor who is also an AAPC member told me that number of years I attended to school should be listed as the number of years experiences? Does that make any sense??
