Hello Gastro people!
I am trying to help another division in my company get paid from medicare on code 45393. Last year's instructions said to bill this as 45378 with G6021. That last code has been deleted in 2016 and we were unable to find new instructions on our carrier's website (WPS). They didn't like the real code of 45393. Does anyone have a clue what you are supposed to bill Medicare this year? Thanks, I'm an ortho coder stepping into your world!!
