What modifiers besides 81? I'm fee3ling like I see 52 and 53, but I am not sure.

What codes have you chosen, and which ones do you think the modifiers should go on?

33953 is the only code I have as of right now. I would put 52,53, and 81 on it.

Modifiers -52 and -53 would never be used together. The note states that Dr. T scrubbed in twice. At what point did Dr. T leave?
