procedure:rt hip arthrogram,rt hip injection

The RT groin was prepped and draped in a sterile fashion. A spinal needle was inserted through the groin into the hip capdule. Contrast was injected and an arthrogram performed. Once it was confirmed that we are within the hip capsule, the syringes were switched and the hip was injected with a solution of Marcaine and Kenalog. Post-injection fluroscopy confirmed further intra-articular distribution of the contrast; confirming a successful injection. Sterile dressing was applied. The patient was awakened from anesthesia without event and stable to the PACU.

This is for an ASC...20610 has P3 PI, 27095 has an N1

27095 is for the injection of contrast for the arthrogram

20610 is for the injection of steroid

The main purpose of the procedure is to inject the steroid, making 20610 the primary procedure being performed. 27095 bundles into 20610 therefore 27095 is not reportable.

73525 is for the arthrogram which is the primary radiology procedure, 77002 bundles into that therefore its not reportable either.
