Hello, I need an expert on this. Can you help me? I am torn between 61343 vs 61313, this is a complex trauma case.
Sever brain injury from MVA

Postoperative Diagnosis:
Malignant intracranial hypertension secondary to posterior fossa compression

Operation:
1. Bilateral suboccipital craniectomy for posterior fossa decompression with expansion duraplasty using onlay duragen - (61322??)
2. C1 Laminectomy for foramen magnum decompression with expansil duraplasty using onlay DuraGen
3. Right partial cerebellar hemispherectomy for evacuation of hematoma - (61343??)
4. Monitoring of intracranial pressure during the operative procedure
5. Use of operative microscope
