My doctor want the RVU's for taking out the gastrostomy tube.
His offic Note " The peg tube was removed by gently pulling....came out in one piece without any complications, site was dressed wtih a piece of sterile gauze and then taped"

43247 if done thru endoscopy
43500 if done thru incision

It would only be and E/M code if done in the office correct?
