what code would you use for large amout of stool in colon? It does not specify constipation or impaction.

Help with secondary diagnosis

I would first clarify with the physician whether the amount of stool was abnormal. He/She may have just been inserting descriptive text especially in the cases of a radiological interpretation. It does not always require diagnosis.
