Wiki Help with Surgeries

I have a GYN doc who did surgery with a urologist. There were 2 different procedures done. We are trying to figure out if it is wiser to bill them as they assisted each other on their surgery or if they should bill as co-surgeons since they did work together on them. I am not sure the financial differences between the two.
