Need help coding the surgical procedures

Diagnosis: Left Metatarsus Primus Varus, hallux valgus, exostosis 1st metatarsal head

Procedure: Excision exostosis 1st metatarsal head
Soft tissue release 1st MTP joint with capsular plication
Basilar Osteotomy 1st metatarsal

Looking at CPT 28292
CPT 28306

Experienced in other orthopedic surgical cases, but unsure of podiatry

In this case the treatment of the exostosis is bundled and not reported separately. Your already doing a major procedure on the first metatarsal where the exostosis is so it would be included. Looking at AAOS GSD it specifically states that the exostosis is bundled.
