I am new to IR coding and am having a very difficult time locating these codes. I am currently trying to code:
transfemoral cerebral angiogram
right common carotid artery intracranial angiogram
lt external carotid artery intracranial angiogram
lt internal carotid artery intracranial angiogram
rt subclavian angiogram
lt vertebral artery angiogram
supervision and interpretation

if anyone could help I would greatly appreciate it.

This is what the codes would be:

36226 -Left vertebral
36225-59 - Right subclavian
36224-59- Left Internal
36223-59 - Right common
36227 - left external
