wound care ulcer leg with IV antibiotics
IV clinic patient daily IV Vanco with wound care
billed 96365 for first hour, J3370 for Vanco, 97597, for wound care lower leg with ulcer
Medicare paid for IV time and medication, but only paid 9cents for wound care
and suggestions?
The first time I billed with modifier 97597-51 and recieved no payment, re-billed with
no modifier and got 9 cents
what am I missing
