Can someone please help me with the difference between the following codes? When and Why each are used??

Pathology and Laboratory/Microbiology:

87806 - HIV 1 antigen(s) with HIV-1 and HIV-2 antibodies

87389 - HIV 1 antigen(s) with HIV 1 and HIV 2 antibodies

Pathology and Laboratory/Immunology:

86703 HIV 1 and HIV 2 single result
