Provider did an total abdominal hysterectomy with bilateral salpingectomy and removal of right ovarian cystectomy. I could not find anything in regards to coding 58150 TAH W/salpingectomy that this would included right ovarian cystectomy. Would it be appropriate to bill both the 58150 and 58925-59.

If the ovaries were taken too, the cystectomy is not billable. If the ovaries were not taken, it's billable.

Agree with @LisaAlonso23.
If the provider removed the uterus, cervix & tubes; ovaries remained but cyst was removed - code 58150 with 58925 with a modifier to override the CCI edit. I would actually suggest -XS or -XU unless it's a carrier that hasn't updated to the -X___ modifiers yet.
If the provider removed the uterus, cervix, tubes and ovaries (with the cyst attached to right ovary), you would code 58150 only. IF and only if the attached cyst was very large and somehow complicated the surgery, you could consider 58150-22.
