I need help coding the following procedure especially the cath placement codes is what I am having trouble with.
Any advice????


The dr. performed a angiography, left femoral artery
angiography, left femoral artery to right femoral bypass artery
angiography, right femoral artery
balloon angiography, right common femoral artery
stent placement in right common femoral artery

He started with access to the left common femoral artery
 
Most of this doesnt make sense.

left femoral artery to right femoral bypass artery angiography?????????? balloon angiography???? or do you mean balloon angioplasty??????
