If a child has had a Well Child visit and it has been less than a year since that time, but he/she needs immunizations before starting school, can we bill for the immunizations alone without getting a denial? We can't bill a well child visit again due to the time frame. Thanks!!
 
Yes, you can bill the imms only. We do that all the time. They book an appt and realize its too soon for the pe so we do the shots only. I haven't had any issues with doing this. All our insurances have been paying in this case. Hope that helps!! :d
