Hi. Were I work we are going to start doing the inpatient psychiatric coding and auditing for physician side. I was wondering if anybody knows of a website for templetes of notes or/and an auditing tool they would like to share or suggest were to find one. This would be very helpful. I have looked at older posts in this forum but the website lead no where now.
