My doc did a transnasal transphenoidal pituitary tumor resection with MRI stealth navigation but wasn't able to remove the whole tumor. I was looking at 61548 & 61781 but thinking that would be for removal of the entire tumor. Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Teresa Branch, CPC
 
I think you are correct with 61548 - Hypophysectomy or excision of pituitary tumor. Hypophysectomy describes total and excision can be total or partial.
