Can someone tell me what dx to use for disruption xiphoid process?

From what I found,
733.90 is "disorder of bone and cartilage unspecified",
738.3 is "acquired deformity of chest and rib", and
839.61 is "other, multiple, and ill-defined dislocations; other location; closed; sternum"
I think you would need further clarification about what is meant by "disruption" as it leads to a lot of interpretation in my opinion.
