Can someone please let me know how you correctly bill for hemoccult cards? I was told a while back that we have a new "kit" and to use 82274QW. This is what I have been using. However, one of the billers told me that Medicare does not accept this. What should I be using? Also, is it correct to use 82274QW (for commercial) when it is done as part of a rectal exam in the office? Any advice is much appreciated!
