Hemocult check of nipple discharge?

Patient came in for CPE and Office Visit. Provider did a hemoccult for nipple discharge. Can we bill for that hemocult and what is the CPT code?

There is a lab code for analysis done by the lab. the specimen collection would be covered under the E&M.

Thank you. The provider said Hemoccult status was negative, so all was done in office. Nothing sent to the lab. Do you think the lab code would apply in the office, or would we have to have a lab in our office for that code to apply?
