How would you code this? A patient present with an arterial bleeder at the base of a thrombosed hemorrhoid. It was clearly an arterial pumper that was bleeding. The hemorrhoid was incised and the clot was extruded. The bleeder needed to be ligated with with 3 interrupted sutures. I know the code for the thrombosed hemorrhoid but how should the whole scenario be coded?
