Wiki Hemorrhoidectomy with Skin Tag Coding Question

A patient has a hemorroidectomy with fissurectomy. A sentinel tag is also excised at the same time. I believe this should be coded as 46257 for the hemorroidectomy with fissurectomy. Can you also code 46220 for the removal of the skin tag? I don't see that skin tags are a separate procedure. If it cannot be separately coded, please explain why.
