I am unsure on this one. The patient was found to have external hemorrhoids. here is the short description. I had chosed at first 46255 now I am not sure thinking no?
The perianal area was injected. This created a space underneath the tissue An ellipse of tissue was started externally and extended internally to above the level of the dentate line, completing an external and partial internal hemorroidectomy. It was highly clamped and distally amputated.. The stump of the hemorrhoidal pedicle was then suture ligated with 3-0 vicryl suture.
If someone could maybe take a quick look and see can I use 46255 for this?
