I need help coding for hemorrhoids. Doctor Ligated and cauterized 2 larger hemorrhoids above the dentate line, then cauterized 2 other smaller internal hemorrhoids. Do I code I code the Ligation as 46945 and then the other two as 46930.? Please help, Thanks!
