Hemostasis of Fistula Bleeding

the procedure was perform around dialysis site puncture wound with a purse string technique. there was moderate hemostasis noted so additional so additional figure 8 was placed. which resulted with good hemostasis. A second puncture site which required purse string technique was performed with immediate hemostasis.

I need help with finding the appropriate CPT to maximize procedure that was performed.
