I have a question on my homework, saying that the employees of a clinic that work in patient care areas are receiving hep B vaccines in the employee health clinic. What codes would be reported for the service given as IM injection?

I know that there is a V code in there and 2 procedure codes. I have absolutely no idea how to figure this out. I can't find any injection procedures or anything to do with non-hep treatment.

Can someone give me a hand? I have 3 codes to find and can't.
