Hi,
We have been receiving denials from Medicare on our Hep B vaccine codes. We bill 90746 Hep B Vaccine and 90471 Single Vaccine Admin. We received payment in 2014 for these codes when billed together. I have been researching on Medicare's site and our local Medicare administrator web site. I am finding very conflicting information. I have found something that states we should go back to using G0010 for the administration, however this code is not listed on any fee schedule for Medicare or for our local administrator (CGS). Please let me know if anyone else is having these same issues.
