What heading do I find hiatal hernia under in the cpt 2010 edition manual.:confused:
 
Sleepycats, you are perfectly right. The hiatus is an integral to diaphragm of the mediastinal structure and the herniation is the hiatus or hiatal hernia or commonly called as Diaphragmatic hernia. So we find the codes only @ mediastinum and the diaphragm.
By the way how many cats do you have!!!!??? I like the name!
