Wiki High risk delivery

We are a family practice with two providers that do deliveries. One provider insists there is a way he can get paid for the time he spends with a high risk patient prior and/or after delivery. Does anyone know how to code this and is it really something he can get paid for? He states he has been to seminars where he has been told to make sure he is billing out his time spent with these patients and I am at a loss as to how to do this.
