I have a patient who had Arthroscopic rotator cuff and SLAP repair, and the provider is stating he aslo did "Hills Sachs Remplissage"...any ideas on how to code for this? I have 29827 for the RCR and 29807 for the SLAP repair, but am lost as far as the "Remplissage". Has anyone ever billed for this? Any help would be great!
