Need some help with this one. The op report is posted below. I am coding for the physician, not the facility. There is some confusion between myself & other coders on the correct codes for this procedure. We come up with 27095, 73525-26, 76000-26,59 (the 76000 is the questionable code). Thanks

Post op dx: Developmental dysplasia of hip

Surgical procedure: Arthrogram left hip with evaluation of operative fluoroscopy by surgeon

Operative note:
After general anesthesia was administered, the patient had her left leg and hip draped. A 25-gauge needle was placed into the hip joint. This was followed by injection of one-third strength radiograph. Once complete, an evaluation was performed using fluoroscopy. In neutral position there appeared to be some mild medial dye pooling. This disappeared with abduction and extension and in frog-leg position. This was worse with a neutral position in outward rotation. There appeared to be an excellent cartilaginous mantle between the os indication of the acetabular roof and the dye.

You would only code 27095 and 73525. You can't bill 77002 in conjunction with 73525.
