Wondering if anyone out there could advise how they code a hip arthroscopy with labral REPAIR, osteoplasty or osteochondroplasty of the femoral head/neck and trimming of acetabular rim?

Any info you have would be greatly appreciated!!
 
yes it is, just wanted you to look at the code in comparison to your operative report thinking that maybe perhaps the surgeon said repair but really did a debridement. If it was a "true" repair then you will be stuck with the unlisted code
