I am new to hip arthroscopy coding so any help would be greatly appreciated. Two of the doctors did the same procedures 3 times this week and I am not sure what is billable without unbundling.

The procedures were left hip arthroscopy with labral repair, acetabuloplasty and femoral neck osteoplasty.

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

29916 = Labral repair. 29915 = acetabuloplasty (Pincer) and 29914 = femoral osteoplasty (CAM lesion). 29915 + 29916 cannot be billed together. Both have same RVU and pretty much same reimbursement from carriers.
