Wiki Hip Codes - anyone's 2 cents..please

I am updating one of my HIP dr's superbills and would like anyone's input on these possible CPT codes for the following:

1. FAI = I'm using 29999 for scope and 27299 for open
2. Debridement of Tronhanteric Bursistis = 27062
3. ITB Release = 27036
4. Excision of HO = 27036
5. Glutcus Medius Repair = 29999 scope and either 27299 or 27036 for open
6. Closed Reduction for THR = 27134
7. I&D Hip joint = 26990
8. Cartilage Transplantation = 20902 or 20910
9. Pinning of Cartilage = 20902

Any thoughts, comments or suggestions would be appreciated. When things like this get dropped on me I want to make sure it's right on the money or as close to it as possible.

I would maybe look at 27305 for the iliotibial release. Also on your closed reduction of THR should be either 27265 or 27266 (depending on whether you are using anesthesia or not).
