Need some assistance on this one guys.....Pt underwent revision of left total hip arthroplasty (both components) with repair of left acetabular fracture, and repair of left proximal femur periprosthetic fracture with cable fixation.
I am considering 27134 for the Revision of THA, 27226-59 for the acetabular fracture (Doc says this had to be repaired to even hold the cup for the acetabular component revision), but I am not certain about the proximal femur fracture? Any ideas.......
