I am looking for a code for closed treatment of a hip dislocation without manipulation that is payable in the office setting. I found 27250 but this is only reimbursed in the facility setting. Help!? I feel like the answer is right in front of my nose!

I would say 27250 is correct. Why would you say this code is not for the office?
This is considered Fracture care in which physicians do in the office all the time.
Also, there is a non-facility RVU for this code.
