Wiki Hip joint capsule question***help

I have a surgeon who reconstructed a hip joint capsule with tensor fasciae latae. Because there was not joint capsule he separated the remaining portion of the tensor fasciae latae and dissected anteriorly to create a surface in an effort to suture the joint capsule together. I was looking at CPT code 27036 but I’m not sure if it fits.
Is there another code that better describes what he is doing. I’ve looked under reconstruction, repair and don’t see to see one.
