If a patient has a history of right breast cancer (2008) and now comes in for a biopsy of the left breast and the left breast is now diagnosed with breast cancer. Is it appropriate to code the history of breast cancer on the current case?

Yes it is the opposite breast that the cancer is now so Z85.3 should be coded
