History of Covid vaccine

I have a provider asking if there is an ICD-10 code for "History of Covid Moderna/Pfizer vaccine" and whether they had received the first or second one. I had not heard or seen anything on this yet. Anyone else?
 
There aren't codes for a history of immunization. If for some reason it's necessary to report this, I would suggest Z92.89 - Personal history of other medical treatment.
 
This is a good one :) ..., some providers do ask some interesting questions don't they ? I love it !
And no diagnosis per say for personal hx of the covid -19 vaccine administered. It will just be recorded in the immunization part of the chart.
