What is the dx code for:
Incarcerated fat:
Benign adipose and fibroadipose soft tissue with reactive features (consistent with history of incarcerated fat).
The patient's pertinent clinical information says "umbilical hernia" but I am not lead to believe that this specimen is indeed an umbilical hernia.
History of disorder of specified site V13.89 is the best I can come up with, but I don't feel very comfortable using it.
