history of patient "getting along"

Reason for visit: Followup on heart condition, anticoagulation.

Patient comes in with the history that she is getting along. She has no specific concern about anything.

Would this qualify as a brief HPI? This was the only info given for the HPI.

The comment "She has no specific concern about anything" can be used at Associated signs/symptoms: not having any counts. This will give you 1 point for the HPI section and count as Brief
