History of pressure ulcer DX?

Is there an ICD-10 code for "history of pressure ulcers"? It's listed on the Medicare LCD for skin protection wheel chair cushions as a valid criteria, but I can't seem to find the relevant code. Thanks! :confused:
 
Does anyone have any ideas? Should I code the pressure ulcer and then code Z87.2 (personal history of diseases of the skin and subcutaneous tissue? Or just code the Z87.2?
