If NOTHING is documented in the PFSH section, is there ever a case when it would be scored as EPF as opposed to PF?

EPF History does NOT require PFSH

An EPF history requires
Chief Complaint
1-3 Elements of HPI
Problem pertinent ROS

There is no requirement for any PFSH for an EPF history.
