Wiki Hkeeper and 36415

Hi, can somebody please let me know where can I found documentation stating that Healthkeeper insurance does not pay for venipuncture. The doctor I am coding continue to included this code 36415 in every HK pt. Should I remove this code from the fee slip and FYI Dr. code considered non-covered. But if I do this I need documentation. Please help!!

Perhaps you should use 99000 instead of 36415. You might want to check with Healthkeepers and see if they want 99000 instead. I'm not sure, but I hope this helps!
