Hello everyone

Vaccinations diagnosis codes are included in Routine hlth maintenance codes (V20.X for Peds and V70.0 for adults) Or should we code seperately (Ex: V04.81-influenza, V03.82 Pneumo erc.,)

In adult clinic physicians are not using the CPT code (9938X/9939X) with V70.0 for Hlth maintenance .

They do not do comprehensive exam and coded with 992XX (E/M codes)

Please verify for above issues
