This is a new diagnosis from one of the Internal Med physicians I code for, I can't find it in the ICD-9, so I'm going to say I need to use an unspecified code. Should I go with 312.39-Disorder of impulse control nec or should use a more general code. If anyone has encountered this Dx and have some input I would greatly appreciate your wisdom.:)
