Hi all who can help. We have an issue. One of our providers is not board certified and was not aware she had to be when putting in her application to bcbs. How do we handle the claims that are on hold and any other future claims? We try to monitor her schedule so she doesn't see the patients with bcbs, she wont' be able to take her boards til Oct 2011. Any and all help would be great. Thanks.
