Can we use the codes 93225, 93226, and 93227 for a 24-48 hour Holter monitor instead of the bundled code 93224? Medicare is cutting 25% on the second technical fee reimbursement for the recording since there are two technical codes on the same day i.e. 93225 and 93226 in the bundled code 93224. If we use 93225 on first day and 93226 and 93227 on the following day will Medicare pay 100% for both technical codes.
