Does anyone know if you can bill Medicare for home and/or assisted living facility visits?

The doctor wants to provide office visits, some testing, such as urodynamics, and sonograms to patients who are physically unable to come to our office.

I would appreciate any feedback.

One of the statements made is that "Urinary flow rates determined by the patient at home and recorded for physician evaluation are not eligible for Medicare reimbursement." You will have to read for more specific detail.
