Is someone familiar with Home Health Coding?
G0179 (re-certification) G0180 (certification) date physician signed the certification or re-certification
Then G0181 (supervision) once a month this can be billed.
1) Code G0181 could only be billed if the 485 form is completed and signed?
2) Needing Clarification regarding the face to face 6 month prior rule?
If someone could provide a run down of steps of this billing process I would greatly appreciate it.
